The Chalet’s Main House is an original 1940’s vacation house, owned by a prominent family that has witnessed the changing seasons of Baguio over the years. In 1990, construction of the hotel wing began but was interrupted by a devastating earthquake which hit the city. The foundations were found to be very stable, and after 9 months, construction resumed. By 1992, doors opened to receive local and foreign guests looking for a cozy home away from home.
Today, Chalet Tepeyac remains a private enclave in Baguio, nestled amid a well-preserved pine-clad hill. It is conveniently located midway between exclusive Baguio landmarks and teeming downtown area accessible by public transport or by foot (for more seasoned trekkers).
There are twenty spanking clean and cozy rooms, each with cable TV, telephone, private toilet & bath with 24-hour hot shower, and room service.

The Nest Dining
Fine homespun meals for everyone. The menu showcases the best of Baguio greens, season’s harvests, and organic picks which are preferred ingredients whenever available. Mouthwatering dishes are prepared by our award-winning Chef with 20 years experience in food and beverage.

Named after Baguio’s famous strip, the private music studio gives KTV aficionado the unique setting for performing their “lounge act” in front of their own audience. Sing like a pro in an intimate setting where the only element missing is having your own pianist.

Alpine hall
Fully-equipped to accommodate up to 250 guests for seminars, weddings, conventions, and special events. For smaller meetings and focus group discussions, private function rooms are also available.
