At Mom’s Home apartment you will have privacy, away from the congestion in the city center. You will feel comfortable in our spacious rooms. You’ll enjoy the coziness of being at home; the luxury of staying in a private home and at the same time experience all the things you look forward to when you come to Baguio – the cool air, the fresh scent of Pine trees, fresh flowers in the garden, the warmth of a fireplace, peace and quiet.
This is Mom’s Home Apartment, your home in Baguio.
We are inviting you to come, stay with us at Mom’s
Home Apartment , and you’ll wish that you live in Baguio.
Our rooms….
We have (4) four rooms in the main house
o two rooms with 2 twin beds each room
o one room with a matrimonial (queen) bed
o one room with one double and one twin bed (triple accommodation)
We have an apartelle separate from the main house with 2
rooms, which could accommodate around 8 to 16 persons. (1 room with a double deck bed(for 2-4 persons) and the other room with 3 double decked beds for 6-12 persons); with one bathroom and with cooking facilities/utensils.
If you stay in our apartelle, you can still use our garden and the barbecue area, but you will have no access to the main house as it has a separate entry.
We provide/ have:
- Complimentary Filipino breakfast for 2 per room
- Cable TV in each room
- Hot and cold water (centralized heater)
- Wide and secure parking area
- A fireplace to keep you warm
- A nice garden with barbecue area and a picnic table
- Spacious rooms and big bathrooms (guests are provided with
towels, soap and shampoo) for your utmost comfort
- Carpeted rooms; the entire house is carpeted
- A caretaker couple, to assist you in your needs
Our rates:
Rooms 1, 3 = ₱3,000/day (2 twin beds)
good for 2 persons (+2 children, <12 years old
stay free)
- with complimentary Filipino breakfast for 2
- *additional person – ₱500/day
- maximum no. of persons – 3 adults, 2 children
Room 2 = ₱3,000/day (1 queen bed)
good for 2 persons (+2 children, <12 years old
stay free)
- with complimentary Filipino breakfast for 2
- *additional person – ₱500/day
- maximum no. of persons = 3 adults, 2
children
Room 4 = ₱3,500/day (1 double and 1 twin bed)
* good for 3 persons (+2 children, <12 years old
stay free)
- with complimentary Filipino breakfast for 2
- *additional person – ₱500/day (max 2)
- maximum no. of persons = 5 adults, 2
Children
Whole House (4 rooms) = ₱11,000/day, NO complimentary
Breakfast
- (maximum 9 adults, 8 children < 12yo – if
with no additional bed)
- * additional person/bed – ₱500/day
- maximum no. of persons with additional beds= 23
(15 adults, 8 children <12 years)
- may use kitchen facilities for cooking
*Additional person – with bed/beddings/pillow; towel/toiletries;
with breakfast
Extras:
Blanket = ₱25.00
Towel = ₱25.00
Pillow = ₱25.00
Apartelle = ₱3,00 for 6 persons

Directions:
Tiptop is just 1 Km from Pacdal Circle (Baguio Botanical Gardens, Wright Park, St. Joseph Church). At the circle, turn right at the Police Station into Pacdal Road, which becomes Ambuklao Road after about 50 metres. Up the hill you will pass Holy Spirit Retreat House on the left, then Tiptop Well and Tiptop Auto works on the right, immediately after that the road bends round to the right. Around the bend on the left you will see Basawil Homes and Store, immediately turn left down the side road at Basawil. You will see Tiptop Vacation Homes about 30 meters downhill. From TVH continue and turn right at the next corner. Less than 10 meters from the corner you will see a red gate on your left. This is #50 Tiptop, Simsim compound, this is Mom’s Home in Baguio.
For your convenience, you may call us when you arrive in Baguio and we can gladly meet you at a specified meeting place (Wright Park or Botanical Gardens) to guide and welcome you to Mom’s Home in Baguio.

Fam 1 – 2 adults 2 children
Fam 2 – 2 adults 2 children

Children – age 6 and below
The date is April 3 or April 10. Beddings must be included plus kitchen utencils and parking space for 2 cars.

Parking space can accomadate up to 6 cars.
Price would be 12k/night. Thats for the 4 rooms and apartelle. Already with beddings, utensils, use of kitchen, fireplace, bbq place, etc.
