True to the name, it is on a few serene areas just a walk from Burnham Park. Due to the demand, we have came up with the newest offer for an accommodation for two. We now offer the 1800 rooms at a discounted rate of 1000 per day. You still have access to amenities, inclusive of the rental as usual. Feel homey at Legarda Woods, guaranteed clean and comfy.
It provides also an option for whole house rental at 15,000 pesos per day. Just do not exceed 34 persons. We also offer room rentals at and couple rate of 1000 pesos daily. See data below. LEGARDA WOODS is right in the heart of the “Summer Capital of the Philippines” – Baguio City.

Daily Rate:
1800 per Room-can sleep four people with individual beds
2800 for the Master Bedroom-good for a group of six
Couple rate: 1000 per day (This rate has just been added on September 16, 2009)
Whole house rate : 15,000 per day for up to 34 persons (if you go beyond this number, please let me know as we could always negotiate.)
Direction to the Place:
If you are taking a bus, tell the conductor/conductress that you drop-off at Legarda Road. That is a few meters before the tip of the Baguio General Hospital flyover. You can then walk to the place taking Legarda Road. When you get to the first street crossing with Carin`o St reet, that is now the place. #72 Legarda Rd.
If you are at the Victory Liner-Baguio Station, take a cab and tell the driver to drive you to the address or the intersection of Legarda Rd and Carin`o St.

It is available year round. We only had this option after receiving inquiries of just two persons. We offer the regular rooms which sleeps 4 pax supposedly at a discounted rate of 1000 if you would be two.

Thanks for your interest for Legarda Woods. However, we do not cater to long term rentals as we are a guest house. The charge for two is 1000 per day, and complete amenities.

For the couple rate, as stated above, we offer the regular rooms with 4 beds. However, a couple rate is exclusive for two pax. If you go beyond that, then it is not already a couple, so regular rate applies.

Legarda Woods is fully booked on the Christmas break. Just for your comparison, a couple with two kids will have one of the rooms with four individual beds at a daily rate of 1800. Dec22-25 is 3 days for supposedly a total of 5400pesos. Thanks!

Just contact me. A good chance for a room? We prioritize those of course who are more because we offer the same four-bed rooms for couples in case one is vacant. If you want a sure booking. We ask for 50% of the total amount so that we can hold the room for you. Our process, is first paid, first booked. Thanks;)

I wonder if you can quote me an accomodation for 5 families composing of;
Fam 1 – 2 adults 2 children

Fam 3 – 2 adults 2 children
Fam 4 – 4 adults
Fam 5 – 4 adults
Children – age 6 and below
The date is April 3 or April 10. Beddings must be included plus kitchen utencils and parking space for 2 cars.
