ROOM ACCOMMODATION
A. JUNIOR ROOM
is at Php 600/room/day
for 1-2 pax plus 150/day for extra head maximum of 3 pax
includes use of toilet and bath with heater,wash area and garage only.
Rentalof first floor bedroom/s, toilet and bath with heater, wash area and garage
B. LARGE ROOM
is at Php 1800/room/day
for up to 7 pax plus 150/day for every additional head maximum of 9 pax.
includes use of toilet and bath with heater,wash area and garage only.
PER DAY RATE- every 24 hours, with excess hours is considered half day rate
Rates are subject to change with out prior notice
Check in and check out time is 12 noon
Located at Block 13 Lot 28 Valencia st. Ciudad grande phase 2, Baguio City (Pass through Bakakeng Road coming in from Marcos Highway or through Camp 7 from Kennon Road.

I wonder if you can quote me an accomodation for 5 families composing of;
Fam 1 – 2 adults 2 children
Fam 2 – 2 adults 2 children
Fam 3 – 2 adults 2 children
Fam 4 – 4 adults
Fam 5 – 4 adults
Children – age 6 and below
The date is April 3 or April 10. Beddings must be included plus kitchen utencils and parking space for 2 cars.

Group of us is planning to go to Baguio panagbenga festival, Feb 26 noon is our tentative arrival, I wonder if you could recommend a house or an apartment that can accomodate say 12 to 16 person, all are adult and professional.
