Description:

The second floor bedroom now has cable TV.
We are also in the process of having an internet connection installed. Once this is in place, a desktop with internet access will be made available to guests, for a fee.
The introductory prices are being changed as follows:
Rent for the attic rooms is still P350 per person, per day.
Rent for the second floor bedroom is now P450 per person, per day.
The second floor bathroom is shared by guests staying in the second floor bedroom and the attic rooms. If a guest would prefer to have the bathroom be private, we can do so by reserving the second floor, attic and bathroom exclusively for that guest’s use. The rent for this arrangement is P750 per person, per day.
Children aged 10 years old and below can stay for free.
Again, we can pick up guests from the bus terminal, at no additional charge.

A car with a driver is also available for rent, for guests who would like to avail of a City Tour, or who would like to be brought around Baguio City.

The townhouse has two floors and an attic.
The second floor has one bedroom for rent, as well as a living room and bathroom.
The attic contains two rooms for rent, which brings the total number of available rooms to three.
The second floor has its own door leading outside, which makes it and the attic independent of the first floor, which is already occupied by a couple.
The bathroom on the second floor has a water heater.
There is a wraparound terrace on the second floor.
A car with a driver is also available for rent, for guests who would like to be picked up from the bus terminal, or brought around Baguio City.

If you are taking a bus, tell the conductor/conductress that you drop-off at Legarda Road. That is a few meters before the tip of the Baguio General Hospital flyover. You can then walk to the place taking Legarda Road. When you get to the first street crossing with Dr. Carin`o St reet, that is now the place. #72 Legarda Rd (Red Gate).

If you are at the Victory Liner-Baguio Station, take a cab and tell the driver to drive you to the address or the intersection of Legarda Rd and Dr. Carin`o St near Europa Mansions.
