With hot shower, 24hrs running water, terrace, rooftop playground and 360 degree Baguio view, cozy, nice, clean and newly built 7-unit apartments, with 7- car garage and internet access cable..can accomodate from 4 to 16 pax per unit or for a total of 60 guests. We provide beds, beddings, blankets, pillows, stove and gas, plates, spoons, forks, mugs, pots, ladles.

Transient house 1A ( 7 to 14 pax, studio, CR, kitchen, tv)
Transient house 2A( 6 to 8 pax, 1 bdrm, CR, sala, tv, kitchen, ref, terrace)
Transient house 2C (studio, 4 to 6 pax, Cr, kitchen, tv)
transient houses 2B, 2D and 3B ( 2BR, sala, tv, kitchen, ref, verandas)

From bus terminal, ride a taxi, go to CALTEX-LEGARDA, enter City Camp Alley(infront of Giligan’s Island), drive 5 meters turn left to City Camp Alley Extension, drive 20m turn right, drv 30m turn left, drv 35m to 79-B CITY CAMP ALLEY.

Rates:

all units are 4000 a day.

Sorry I just post this transient I don’t have the pictures yet of each apartment, i need to go to see the place and take a picture of it. Maybe after a week you can see it. The rates of apartment 2B/D and 3B are the same 6,600.

I stayed at Lynn’s Place the last time I was in Baguio. Definitely the best deal for the money. I liked the security for the van in the gated yard. Bed was comfortable and only a minor amount of dog barking which can be a major problem in Baguio. Lynn puts energy into the care of the apartments and I appreciated the touch.

My wife and my two kids, ( age 3 & 7 ) would be in Baguio on the December 26th – 12 nn and would leave at 3 PM December 27th. How much will be the room rate, its’ like where just stay there for a night.

Hi Ricky, for the meantime the unit is available, it will cost you 2500 we do require advance payment for the reservation.
