True to the name, it is on a few serene areas just a walk from Burnham Park. A wi-fi connected transient house in Baguio City with 34 individual beds, not double deck. It provides an option for whole house rental at 15,000 pesos per day. Just do not exceed 34 persons. We also offer room rentals at and couple rate of 1000 pesos daily.

Daily Rate:
1800 per Room-can sleep four people with individual beds
2800 for the Master Bedroom-good for a group of six
Couple rate: 1000 per day (This rate has just been added on September 16, 2009)
Whole house rate : 15,000 per day for up to 34 persons (if you go beyond this number, please let me know as we could always negotiate.)

Direction to the Place:
If you are taking a bus, tell the conductor/conductress that you drop-off at Legarda Road. That is a few meters before the tip of the Baguio General Hospital flyover. You can then walk to the place taking Legarda Road. When you get to the first street crossing with Carin`o St reet, that is now the place. #72 Legarda Rd.
If you are at the Victory Liner-Baguio Station, take a cab and tell the driver to drive you to the address or the intersection of Legarda Rd and Carin`o St.

Legarda Woods is fully booked until August 22 so we accept reservations beyond that date. Sorry for those smaller groups. If you are groups of 8-14 take a look at Elabiz Hostel also on this site. It’s indeed beautiful and comfy too.

Hi Avelaine,
The house accommodates 34 persons with individual beds each. That is the maximum. If you plan to rent the whole house exclusively for your group, it is 15,000 pesos per day. We ask for 50% deposit for reservation. It is still available on those dates (September 5-6).

You must be trying to appeal to Philippines people who want to have 12 people in a room.
Truly there are many hotels that are easier to rent, in better location and cheaper.

First off, I am not the owner of the houses I advertise but I am FULLY authorized to negotiate on their behalf up to the payment either through my bank account or to the owner’s. I am NOT authorized to add up on their fee, as I had already prior arrangement with the property owner. Hence, the three Baguio houses we offer have varying prices.
1200 US per month for a room that has four individual beds is fairly competitive even to the local Filipino tourist as we mostly have. No wonder that Legarda Woods is a favorite. Remember that we have complete amenities which is a substitute to a hotel stay for all three places on this site. Guests only need to bring their personal things like toothpaste, soap, towels and the like. We charge per day as mostly tourists do not spend longer than a week here in Baguio City.
Let us do simple math. At an exchange rate of 45pesos to a dollar, our rate for four pax which is 1800 pesos per day is 40US for a 2pm to the next day’s lunch time stay. You do not find that price in a regular hotel here in Baguio for four persons. That is 450pesos per head for a day.

Limited po for 6 ang masters bedroom. 9 pax will be good for two regular rooms. Rate po for the two rooms is 3600 per day.

Good afternoon Henley, our family composed of 2 adults, my husband and me plus the 3 kids now 14,9 and 6 are their ages, plan to go to Baguio and we are looking for a place to stay there. We would like to inquire about what accomodation fit us and how much is the rent/day basis.
We will take the last trip on Aug 28 and arrived on Aug 29 and we plan to leave on Aug 31 in the afternoon.

We do not have rooms specifically for two. Although you may opt to rent one at the regular rate of 1800 pesos per day. Approximately 48USD. The rooms occupy a supposed 4 persons each. You came into the right place. Pag apat po kayo, tamang-tama po yan sa isang regular room sa Legarda Woods. 1800 per day so bale 3600 total pag 13-15. 50% downpayment through our BDO account for reservation, balance is to be paid once you arrive the place.

That would be 3600 per day. Paki-finalize po kung ilang araw balak nyo mag-stay. Likod lang ng Burnham Park ang place, pero slightly secluded. Actually, linalakad to Burnham. It’s like a stay in a hotel na may kusina at living room kayo. We ask for 50% downpayment for confirmation of booking. Balance is to be paid at the place on arrival. Guaranteed clean and comfy.

December 20-January 2 is fully booked. Legarda Woods has eight rooms, 34 individual beds(not double deck). 18 pax would cost 8200 per night. All amenities are for your own use, plus a living room with fireplace, wi-fi connected, kitchen plus utensils. The house is comparable to a hotel.

Update: To all those who are asking of the 1000 couple rate for Legarda on February 26 to 28, we would want to inform that we prioritize groups of 4 or 5 persons on the said dates so that we can ask for a higher rate. This is because the same four-pax capacity rooms are rented to couples in the event that their is no 4pax group booking.
