3,500 is the normal rate. The place is fully furnish, with hot and cold shower. And it has a wide space.

like we wanted to go to baguio from march 11-18 2010, there’ll be 4 of us travelling, so we need two bedroom so i think your place is a nice catch for this vacation that were planning..pls get back to me re my previous question..thanks
