May i know the room rate for 2 pax at Tom’s place? Will go there this october.

Tom’s place is no longer available for transient rental. We have three places but the two are whole house rentals. The third one which is Legarda Woods rents out per room at a rate of 1800 daily with complete amenities. The room can occupy a maximum of 4pax each with individual beds.

Hi!
I would like to ask if you do have apts or houses for rent for long term. My hubby will be assigned in baguio by end og August and wanted to stay there for good. Do you knoe a House or Apt for rent? range would be 4K-5K. 3 adults and 2 kids only.

Thanks for asking. We only offer vacation rentals not long term so we charge per day. I would be glad to help you if only I have contacts. Thank you!

Hi, how much is the whole house rental? We are thinking of going to Baguio sometime next week for 4-5 days max (08 of March till 11 or 12th March, we are about 8 persons max. Are there any photos you might have available? What are included in the rentals? How convenient is the place to the scenic spots? Thanks and please let me know soon.
