^ We are also in the process of having an internet connection installed. Once this is in place, a desktop with internet access will be made available to guests, for a fee.

i just came from baguio over the weekend for my birthday and my sis’ and we stayed here.tita jenny was so accommodating and she even personnaly picked us up from the terminal.my sister arrived at wee hours the following day and she also picked her up.it was a wonderful experience living her “home”.tita jenny and tito manny were very accommodating.there’s a kitchen where we cooked.a terrace where we ate breakfast and lunch also served as a smoking area.our room was overlooking the golf course.it was a serene place.it was a warm place indeed.the only challenging part was the flight to the staircase that we would laugh about…i’d love to come back here in the future.thanks tita jenny and tito manny for the warm accommodation

Could the part regarding the internet connection be removed for now? We were already able to have DSL installed but unfortunately the connection has proven to be not so reliable.
But when it’s working, we can provide access to our guests for a fee.
The prices remain the same. We plan to raise them a little in the future though, maybe in December, or maybe a little earlier.
Could we remove the part about children below 10 staying for free, for now? Instead, we look at each situation on a case by case basis.
Also, could we remove the part about the free pick up from the bus terminal? We also address this now on a case by case basis, and we may have to charge depending on the situation.
