Location:Tiptop is just 1 Km from Pacdal Circle (Baguio Botanical Gardens, Wright Park, St. Joseph Church). At the circle, turn right at the Police Station into Pacdal Road, which becomes Ambuklao Road after about 50 metres. Up the hill you will pass Holy Spirit Retreat House on the left, then Tiptop Well and Tiptop Auto works on the right, immediately after that the road bends round to the right. Around the bend on the left you will see Basawil Homes and Store, immediately turn left down the side road at Basawil. You will see Tiptop Vacation Homes about 30 meters downhill. From TVH continue and turn right at the next corner. Less than 10 meters from the corner you will see a red gate on your left. This is #50 Tiptop, Simsim compound, this is Mom’s Home in Baguio.

At Mom’s Home apartment in Baguio you will have privacy, away from the congestion in the city center. You will feel comfortable in our spacious rooms. We have (4) four rooms in the main house
o two rooms with 2 twin beds each room
o one room with a matrimonial (queen) bed
o one room with one double and one twin bed (triple accommodation)

We have an apartelle separate from the main house with 2
rooms, which could accommodate around 8 to 16 persons. (1 room with a double deck bed(for 2-4 persons) and the other room with 3 double decked beds for 6-12 persons); with one bathroom and with cooking facilities/utensils.

If you stay in our apartelle, you can still use our garden and the barbecue area, but you will have no access to the main house as it has a separate entry.
