Elabiz Hostel is intricately designed and perfect for those who come in groups, as occupants have the exclusive stay at the whole house and not rented out per room. Our caretaker is just a call away.

Rate:

Php 5, 000.00 daily for 8 persons and lesser.
Add 250 per head for the excess (e.g. 9th, 10…15th) up to the maximum capacity of 15 pax. For instance, 10 pax is 5500 per day, 12 pax is 6000 per day.

Hi,

I just want to inquire about the house for rent in asin, I want to know the following if I wanted to stay for at least two (2) months:starting 22nd Of May 2009

1. Is there any internet access?
2. How much is the rent for the house per month?
3. I am only one and if you think the house is too big for me, maybe you can refer me to someone I can rent at least 1bedroom w/ bathroom,kitchen and living room.
4. Is transportation easy or can you help me find a car I can rent for that two months?

Thanks for your interest for Elabiz Hostel, however, we don’t have options for long term rental. We only cater to short term stays or transient normally lasting to a maximum of a week. The same applies with Asin Rd Transient House.

Hello Anne,

We are catering to short term stays only or transient accomodation. A substitute for a hotel for a lower rate so they are actually vacation houses which charge per day. Complete ameneties just like a home. The lowest rate we have is 1800 per room for a day, which sleeps 4 pax with individual beds.

Hello Jo,
Elabiz Hostel rate is 5000 per day for 7pax. Add 250 for the excess like the 8th person and up. Maximum capacity is 12 pax which is 6250 per day. Another option is Legarda woods. 12 paz at Legarda Woods is 5400 per day. 15 pax is 6400. Thanks. You can also text me 09186262620 for confirmation of booking.

Hello Lenn,

Thanks for your interest with Elabiz Hostel. Dec 30-Jan1 is 2 days. As you can see above, the rate for 5 persons will still be 5000 per day. That is the base rate, and it is good for up to 7 pax. Add 250 per head on the excess like 8th, 9th and so on. 2 days for your groups would be 10,000 pesos. Please get back to me if you wish to reserve.

5 persons at Legarda Woods is 2250 per day. However, rooms are fully booked on those dates, leaving Elabiz Hostel as the available. It is more exclusive though.

Hello Chat,

Elabiz Hostel offers whole house rental only. No option for room rental. We have room rentals at Legarda Woods which is intended for up to 4 persons per room, each with individual beds. If you wish to rent one for the two of you, then the rate for the room will still be 1800 per day or 24 hours. Beddings and linens are there. We have 7 baths with hot and cold showers for your use, two living rooms with fireplace and cable TV, a kitchen which is fully equipped, wi-fi connectivity. All amenities are for your own use inclusive of the rental..:-)

Hello Franz,

As of now, we do not have an option for single occupancy. We have room rentals but it has four individual beds, not double deck, and each has a daily rate of 1800. All eight rooms at Legarda Woods are booked for November 18-21. I think these are the dates for the Ad Congress.

We only offer whole house rental at Elabiz Hostel. We have now a couple rate at Legarda Woods which is 1000 per day. Same, complete amenities.

Hello Erick,

We only offer the 1000 couple rate at Legarda Woods and not at Elabiz Hostel. This is because we have the room rentals there. Elabiz Hostel is exclusive for a single group only for the whole house.

In this regard. The place is even more high-end with its free wi-fi access. An apartelle type with complete amenities. You can use the kitchen as these are all inclusive of the rental. Thanks;)

Base rate is 5000 for up to eight pax. Add 250 per head on the excess. You have an excess of three so plus 750. 10 pax is 5750 per day. Check-in is 2pm and check-out is lunch. 50% deposit for reservation, balance is to be paid at the place. Please check your yahoo mail for further details. Thank you.
